(AMEX:ATC), the recognized leader in developing and manufacturing a variety of products for the all terrain vehicle (ATV), garden tractors, and golf cars, today announced the company's Board of Directors has set May 9, 2006 as the record date for its Annual Meeting, which is scheduled for June 27, 2006.
