Armor Electric Announces New Board Member

SOLANA BEACH, Calif., May 1, 2006 -- Armor Electric Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: ARME) today announced the appointment of Mr. Sam Karp to the Board of Directors. Mr. Karp is a resident of and premier builder/developer in the exclusive community of Rancho Santa Fe, located in southern California. Mr. Karp has a great interest Armor and believes in the exceptional potential of Armor's electric vehicle program sufficient to provide a substantial capital investment into the company in February 2005 and again in April 2006.

Mr. Karp founded Kachay Homes in 1975, developing and building exclusive residential homes and commercial projects including condominiums, office buildings, a shopping center and a hotel in Bloomington Hills Michigan, Florida, Texas and since 1989 in the southern California areas of Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe.

Sam Karp and his Investment Partners Group are always looking for exceptional opportunities in the forefront of significant and aggressive trends. They are very pleased to be associated with the company both from the standpoint of substantial share holders but also in the benefit Mr. Karp can bring to the company with his background, location to the company and exceptional contacts in southern California and in the international arena.
