PARSIPPANY, N.J.--April 26, 2006--GenTek Inc. today announced the successful repricing of its long term debt obligations.GenTek's first and second lien holders have agreed to a reduction of 50 and 150 basis points, respectively. In addition, the debt holders agreed to a $22 million redemption of the second lien debt.
