China's Largest Motorcycle Company Adopts Avaya IP Telephony for Greater Operational Efficiency

The easy to use and feature rich Avaya IP Office system integrates the company's headquarters and 49 branches to enhance collaboration and internal business communications.

BEIJING, April 25 -- Avaya Inc. , today announced that Chongqing Zongshen Motorcycle Group (Zongshen), a leading player in China's motorcycle industry, has implemented an Avaya IP Telephony solution to build a communications system that connects its headquarters to 49 branches across the country. With its business fast expanding, Zongshen was looking for a cost effective solution to facilitate internal communications in order to be more efficient, agile and responsive in the competitive motorcycle market. The company decided to choose Avaya IP Office, a solution designed for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and branch offices of large enterprises.

The system can be easily managed at the headquarters through a centralized platform. On the other hand, all the branch offices have independent switching functionality. The communications within and among all branches will not be interrupted even if the central equipment at the headquarters fails.

In addition, with the optional Compact Contact Centre package in Avaya IP Office, Zongshen can conveniently add contact centre functions when needed.
