Lubrizol Declares Dividend

CLEVELAND, April 24 -- At today's Organization Meeting of the Board of Directors of The Lubrizol Corporation , Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per share payable June 9, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 1, 20060, 2006.
