Originally designed as a "think-tank" to bring new ideas and concepts to automobile dealerships, Idealergroup has evolved into a full-service organization. In addition to developing and delivering innovative concepts and programs, they also provide traditional F&I products, a variety of dealership software applications, and ancillary insurance products for the entire dealership.
"We are pleased to have developed an outstanding relationship with Idealergroup, as the company's network of 360 general agents is the best in the country," said Algan. The agents will now have the opportunity to offer the ADI education program exclusively in the territory they service on a daily basis. "We are very pleased to partner with Automotive Dealership Institute to bring the highest-quality automotive dealership educational program available in the industry to dealerships across the country," said Buchanan. "After spending several days auditing their courses, I am convinced that ADI stands alone in its field."
Idealergroup's most recent program development was the successful launch of Dealership For Life, a customer reward and retention program that has received instant acceptance from dealerships nationwide. Buchanan, who also oversees the operations of DFL, states that the educational programs offered by ADI are precisely the type of innovative programs that Idealergroup delivers.
"ADI's facilities in Scottsdale are first-class, as is the education they offer," said Buchanan. "I have no doubt that dealerships nationwide will take advantage of their programs.
