UAG'S Sytner Group Selects ADP's Kerridge Automotive Systems as Sole DMS Provider in the UK
- Leading UK Retailer of Prestige and Specialist Cars to Place All Dealerships on the Latest Autoline DMS -
HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., April 14 -- Sytner Group, the UK's leading retailer of prestige and specialty cars, today announced its selection of ADP's Kerridge Autoline Solutions as the single dealer management system (DMS) for its 95 dealerships throughout the UK. Sytner is owned by the United Automotive Group and is number 5 on the AM Top 100 list, as published by automotive industry magazine AM. Nearly 70 percent of the UK'S AM Top 100 dealerships use ADP-Kerridge.
ADP-Kerridge has been successfully serving more than 40 percent of the Sytner business, which has grown rapidly in the past ten years. The agreement between Sytner and ADP-Kerridge strengthens the existing relationship between the two companies and brings the remaining 60 percent of Sytner dealerships onto the Autoline DMS. All Sytner sites will convert to the ADP-Kerridge platform over the next 24 months.
Sytner's move to ADP-Kerridge comes on the heels of another large dealer consolidator's switch to ADP. In March, Group 1 Automotive announced it was migrating all of its dealerships to ADP's w.e.b.Suite DMS platform. Of the top U.S. dealer-consolidators single-sourcing their DMS services, ADP now serves six out of eight. The most recent are Group 1, Sonic Automotive and AutoNation.
"Today, OEM's and large automotive retailers are becoming more and more global. As the largest international DMS provider, ADP is committed and well positioned to meet their needs. The selection of ADP-Kerridge by UAG's Sytner Group is a validation of our commitment to provide solutions where needed that are best in class, innovative and easy to use. Our primary focus is to help dealers and OEM's worldwide to sell more profitably and to improve operational efficiencies," said Steve Anenen, president of ADP Dealer Services.
"Sytner is a key player in the UK automotive retail market. ADP-Kerridge consulted extensively with Sytner about its current and future DMS requirements, and Sytner determined that the Autoline solution was the best choice for the company's vision and growth," said Gordon Wilson, managing director of ADP-Kerridge Dealer Services. "Our companies have a great history of working together and we look forward to a successful relationship with Sytner as its single DMS provider."
