CENTRIX Appoints Senior Executives to Lead Credit Union, Banking, Dealer Efforts

New Management Structure Strengthens Focus on Key Auto and Funding Markets

CENTENNIAL, Colo., April 13 -- CENTRIX Financial announced today the appointment of senior executives to lead the company's credit union, banking and automotive dealer businesses.

John Frew joins CENTRIX Financial as Executive Vice President, Credit Union Markets, with oversight of all activity related to CENTRIX's key funding partners. Mr. Frew has been affiliated with CENTRIX for several years, most recently leading the company's effort to work with the National Credit Union Administration as it developed credit union industry regulations for third-party indirect lending.

Mr. Frew has 25 years of experience in the legal, legislative and business arenas. He is a prominent attorney in Colorado, formerly with the international Denver-based law firm Brownstein, Hyatt and Farber. He has extensive background in legislative affairs in Washington, D.C, including serving on the staffs of U.S. Senators Tom Harkin and John Culver and as Chief of Staff for Senator Tim Wirth.

Since 2003, Mr. Frew has been owner and manager of Frew Management Group, LLC, a business management firm that created private equity investments through strategic alliances. He has served as President of Colorado Ski Country, USA, the trade association representing the Colorado Ski industry. As an attorney specializing in public-private transactions, he has represented a broad variety of clients, including Kreonke Sports, the Denver Metropolitan Major League Baseball Stadium District, Vail Resorts, the Colorado Community College System, and Bombardier-Learjet.

John Scordo has been named Managing Director, Dealer Business Development, and will oversee all dealer sales and marketing functions for CENTRIX. Mr. Scordo has been with CENTRIX since 2001, most recently as Vice President, Dealer Business Development, with responsibility for the company's national dealer accounts.

Mr. Scordo has been in the automotive industry for more than 25 years and has owned several dealerships. His experience and expertise includes financing, warranties, insurance and sales strategies. Mr. Scordo is currently the Chairman of the Board of the National Automotive Finance Association (NAF) and is on the Advisory Board of RouteOne. He began his career in dealership finance for Chrysler, where he was also the top sales manager and has consulted for major automobile manufacturers and financial institutions.

Joe Romanello has been appointed National Sales Manager, Bank Markets. Mr. Romanello has 25 years of sales and marketing management experience. He joined CENTRIX in 2005 and has been responsible for regional sales and marketing to credit unions and banks in the Eastern U.S. Mr. Romanello's financial expertise includes risk management assessment, consulting, strategic planning, training, and new product market penetration. Earlier in his career, he held management positions with The Gillette Company, Impact Financial Services, and Clarke American Checks, Inc.

Mr. Romanello a member of New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts Bankers' Associations, as well as the New England Businessmen's Association.

CENTRIX also announced today that Steve Norbut, Vice President of Automotive Sales and Marketing, will assist the dealer representative team at CENTRIX and continue to manage the related marketing and sales activities. Mr. Norbut, who has more than 15 years experience in the automotive industry, will report to Mr. Scordo and contribute to the strategic direction of the dealer channel.

Jeff Martin has been named National Sales Manager, Credit Union Markets. He will manage the credit union business development team nationally and will report to Mr. Frew. Mr. Martin, who has 25 years experience in the financial services industry, joined CENTRIX in January 2004 and has led the company's credit union sales and relationship management regionally in the Western United States.
