TULSA, Okla., April 11 -- Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. will announce first quarter 2006 financial results prior to market open on Monday, April 24, 2006.

A conference call to review the Company's first quarter 2006 results will be held at 9:00 a.m. central time, on Monday, April 24, 2006.
