Sequoia Interests Corporation Updates Shareholders

MT. JULIET, Tenn.--April 11, 2006--Sequoia Interests Corporation (Pink Sheets:SQNC), a subsidiary of Baby Bee Bright Corporation, a private Tennessee corporation, announced today that the company continues to roll out DiamondFlo(TM). The recent merger with Baby Bee Bright Corporation has not altered the company's business plan and has enhanced synergies between personnel of both organizations.

Sequoia Interests is a subsidiary of Baby Bee Bright Corporation. Sequoia Interests shareholders will receive one share of Baby Bee Bright Corporation in exchange for fifteen shares of Sequoia Interests, as of record date. Sequoia Interests will maintain its offices and manufacturing facilities in Houston, Texas and will continue rollout of its business plan. In addition, the company announced its intention to spin-off the Sequoia Interests technology into a separate corporation, whereby the current shareholders of SQNC shall maintain their pro-rata interest.

Sequoia Interests is currently in negotiations with several entities to market DiamondFlo(TM) both domestically and internationally. Upon completion of these negotiations, Sequoia Interests will quickly create a revenue stream for the company.
