THE STRIP AT LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY - LAS VEGAS
APRIL 6-9, 2006

After two of four qualifying sessions Anderson No. 1

LAS VEGAS (April 7, 2006) - With two qualifying sessions remaining, Greg
Anderson occupied the No. 1 position at the NHRA SummitRacing.com
Nationals. Anderson, in the KB Racing LLC/Summit Racing Equipment Pro
Stock Pontiac GTO, covered The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
quarter-mile in 6.787 seconds at a speed of 202.82 mph.

question about it" said Anderson, whose been No. 1 at three of the first
four events. "Our weak point has been on race day and that's the
important day. We picked up four hundredths in the Summit Racing Pontiac

good get-well weekend and I can't think of better place to do it than
Las Vegas Motor Speedway."

2004) and had top speed at three of the events (fall, 2003 and spring
and fall, 2004).
