SAN MARCOS, Calif.--April 5, 2006--Mattman Specialty Vehicles, Inc. (OTC:MMSV) (www.mattmanvehicles.com), today announced that it has completed the first very large, state of the art Mobile Command Post for the People's Republic of China. The value of the vehicle delivered was $750,000.

The unit will be displayed at the Asia Pacific China Police Expo put on by the Ministry of Public Security from May 24, 2006 - 27. This show is the precursor for the security planning for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics and along with worldwide terrorism, will be the focus of the conference.

"We had originally projected gross sales from China of approximately $20 million between now and the Olympics, but we now believe that this projection is too low. We will update these projections as our business relationships develop in China."
