Cooper-Standard Automotive Announces Date for Teleconference to Discuss 2005 Fourth Quarter Earnings and Year-End Results

NOVI, Mich., April 3 -- Cooper-Standard Automotive will hold a conference call with investors on Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at 2:30 p.m. EDT to discuss its 2005 fourth quarter and year-end financial results, provide a general business update, and respond to investor questions.
