Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Acquires Thrifty Franchise Operations in Little Rock
TULSA, Okla., April 3 -- Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. today announced the acquisition of the Thrifty Car Rental franchise operations in Little Rock, Arkansas. The acquisition includes an on-airport location as well as a local market store. The terms of the transaction, effective April 1, were not disclosed. The franchise was sold by Big Bear Enterprises, Inc., owned by James Siano and Troy Graham.
