Aisin to Present New Technology Review, State of the company at 2006 SAE World Congress

  What:      Aisin World Corp. of America (AWA) 2006 SAE Press Conference

  Where:     AWA Booth #2069 at SAE World Congress,
             Cobo Conference & Exhibition Center

  Details:   Aisin executives will present an update on the Tier One
             supplier's global and North American activities, including
             positive news regarding sales performance; growth and expansion
             in major markets including China; and new product launches and
             technology, which includes an industry first in transmission
             technology.  AWA will also present the new leadership structure
             of parent Aisin Seiki Co. Ltd. that will enable the company to
             continue its momentum in 2006 and beyond.

             Individual interview and photo opportunities will be available
             immediately after the press conference with AWA President
             Junichi Nishimura and Executive Vice President Don Whitsitt.
