Bosch Celebrates 100 Years of Automotive Contributions in the
U.S. During 2006 SAE World Congress
WHAT: In 1906, Bosch established its first U.S. office in New
York City. Over the past 100 years, the company has
developed a rich history of product innovation and
leadership. Bosch will showcase its automotive history
and address emerging technology of the present and future
during the 2006 SAE World Congress.

vehicle comfort, safety and convenience.

in relation to cost and quality.
TECH
PAPERS: Bosch will present technical papers throughout the week of
SAE World Congress on topics ranging from brake noise and
diesel aftertreatment systems to improved occupant
protection through the cooperation of active and passive
safety systems.
CENTENNIAL
DISPLAY: Highlights of Bosch's automotive history in the United
States over the last 100 years will be on display in the
SAE Bookstore (located on the show floor in Wayne Hall).
