Garmin Selects Kewill Shipping and Compliance Management Solution to Streamline Global Shipping Operations; Kewill Flagship Export Enterprise Solution Integrates with Oracle ERP

MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--March 28, 2006--Kewill (LSE: KWL), the leader in enterprise shipping management software, today announced that Garmin, one of the world's leading manufacturers of navigation, communication and information devices, has selected Kewill's Flagship Export shipping management solution to streamline its global shipping and compliance operations for both its UK and United States warehouse facilities.

"The global scope of our shipping operations required our selection of enterprise-level shipping technology," said Debbie Freeman, Director, Distribution and Logistics at Garmin.

The company fulfills individual orders from its web site as well as batch fulfillment orders, "less than truckload" orders for its retailer and dealer partners, and high volume small packages.

"We selected Kewill based on their reputation and ability to meet our individual needs such as integrating with Oracle and programming instruction flags for certain kinds of shipments," continued Freeman. "Kewill could not only meet those specific needs, but also act as our strategic partner during the implementation process."

"We view all of our customers as partners," said Michael P. Dolan, Chief Operating Officer for Kewill. "Kewill works closely with organizations that adopt our solutions to ensure our technology meets individual shipping, export compliance and integration requirements. In doing so, exemplary companies such as Garmin gain a solution that matches their unique needs and we gain the opportunity to further advance our technology and the quality of our implementation practice."

Garmin intends to complete implementation of Kewill Flagship Export, including packing, shipping, automated AES filing, denied party screening and export documentation functionality at the company's UK operations in Q2 2006 where they will be replacing a manual shipping process and integrating with Oracle ERP. Garmin's U.S. operations will replace their current shipping and export compliance solution with a Kewill Flagship deployment in Q4 2006.
