Lincoln Tech Revs Up Auto Training This Month at New York City Facility

WEST ORANGE, N.J., March 23 -- Lincoln Educational Services Corporation ("Lincoln") today announced the opening of its newest school, located in Queens, New York. Lincoln Tech leases 48,000 square feet of the new 90,000 square foot Center for Automotive Education & Training building in Queens from the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association (GNYADA). This new facility is the ninth Lincoln Tech Campus and the 35th campus in 16 states operated by Lincoln. The school has received its final license from the New York State Education Department and will open its doors on Monday, March 27, 2006, with the capacity to instruct approximately 800 Lincoln Tech students, providing them with the latest technology in career education including premium tools provided by Snap-on.

"New Yorkers now have a centrally-located campus featuring the latest automotive technology, equipment and training methods," said Larry Brown, Lincoln's President and Chief Operating Officer. "Lincoln Tech's comprehensive, hands-on learning experience will be further enhanced with exposure to the finest automotive technician tools supplied by Snap-on, and graduating students will have wonderful opportunities with the GNYADA dealer organization."

"The country faces a national shortage of tens of thousands of skilled auto technicians over the next several years. The auto industry can benefit from innovative solutions to educating tomorrow's workforce," said Lincoln Chairman and CEO, David Carney. "In addition to fueling growth for our company, this new campus, in conjunction with GNYADA, will create new opportunities for individuals and automobile retailers in the greater New York area."

The $25 million educational complex is the first-of-its-kind to be built on this scale by an automobile association. The center updates the notion of what an automotive education facility should be with classrooms outfitted with the latest digital teaching systems and satellite capabilities for interactive learning and global broadcasts. It also features state-of-the-art service training areas and auto bays.

GNYADA President Mark Scheinberg has stated: "We are excited about our relationship with such a prestigious institution, known for its superior vocational education programs. Lincoln Tech is a leader in automotive education training, and we are confident that the auto industry's workforce will receive a higher level of training because of their involvement with the Center."

Lincoln Tech at the Center for Automotive Education & Training is located in Whitestone at 15-30 Petracca Place, Queens, New York.
