Vehicle Safety Resource

I would like to inform you of a vehicle safety information resource you may not be aware of.

My non-profit organization helps consumers find the safest vehicles by ranking all vehicles using a Risk Index.

Identifying the safest vehicles is quite difficult, since many auto manufacturers are hyping safety, leaving consumers to fend for themselves. Even the two crash-testing agencies, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, fail to provide comprehensive safety ratings, instead  focusing on small segments of data such as side impact testing, or frontal testing, while ignoring vehicle weight and the other agency's contribution. 

To aid the consumer in pulling all of the safety data together I've created a  Risk Index Score, which integrates, on a fatality-weighted-basis, all of the substantiated data, including crash test ratings by both agencies, vehicle weight and rollover resistance. The Score has demonstrated better correlation with actual fatality data than any other method.
