Medialink: DaimlerChrysler: Lawyers Faking Their Case and Getting Away With it

--In a lawsuit against DaimlerChrysler, attorneys Andrew Toscano and Robert "Trey" Wilson III were exposed by DaimlerChrysler for filing a lawsuit involving evidence tampering, witness tampering, and perjury. Today, both are still practicing law in their home state of Texas. DaimlerChrysler's Steven Hantler is calling on the State Bar to discipline Toscano for his conduct.
