America's Car-Mart Announces Opening of New Dealership

Tenth New Dealership in Fiscal 2006

BENTONVILLE, Ark., March 21 -- America's Car-Mart, Inc. today announced the opening of a new dealership located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The total number of Car-Mart dealerships is 85, as Car- Mart closed its older Discount Auto of Russellville, Arkansas location, which was operating as a temporary satellite of Car-Mart's primary Discount Auto location in Russellville. The Stillwater dealership is the tenth dealership opened in Fiscal 2006.

"The new dealership in Stillwater is our fifteenth in Oklahoma," said T. J. ("Skip") Falgout, III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of America's Car-Mart. "This dealership, along with our recently opened Claremore, Oklahoma dealership, is part of our fill-in strategy in the strong local markets surrounding our Tulsa, Oklahoma dealerships."
