WALLACE ON THE SHARPIE MINI 300 AND BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY:
“I am really looking forward to getting back to short track racing in the
next few weeks. I have loved Bristol from the first time that I ever went
there. It has the most exciting atmosphere that creates a happening, not just a
race. From the people that line the streets for the parade, to the people
camping as far as you can see, all the way up until the time they wave the green
flag… it is truly a happening. Bristol has always been one of my best tracks
and I keep reminding myself that I hold the record for the most top-10’s in
NASCAR Busch Series competition there. Our goal this weekend for the #22
AutoZone Ford Racing team is to keep building momentum, improving our finishes, and
make up some ground in the point standings.??
