MINDY'S  MONDAY MINUTE 
NASCAR  Visits Sin City;  TK Wins with NST, Swindell with WoO 
Moorpark,  Calif.  - (March 13, 2006)  The NASCAR Busch and Nextel Cup Series 
visited the 1.5-mile, tri-oval of Las  Vegas Motor Speedway for the Sam's 
Town 300 (Busch) and the UAW-DaimlerChrysler  400 (Cup) over the weekend. 
However, Ringers racers and teams  didn't seem to have lady luck on their 
sides. 
UnderX by Ringers supporters, Paul  Menard and Tracy Hines both finished the 
race, but were both laps  down. 
Menard finished in the  20th position, two laps down; while Hines finished 
38th,  seven laps down. 
On Sunday in Nextel Cup action,  Kurt Busch, driver of the No. 2 Miller Lite 
Penske Racing Dodge and a native of  Las Vegas, qualified in the sixth 
position and finished  16th. 
His teammate Ryan Newman popped a  tire very early in the race and was scored 
last  (43rd). 
All three NASCAR series reunite  and head south to Atlanta Motor Speedway in 
Hampton, Ga.,  for their respective races. 
Now, onto sprint car  action! 
The World of Outlaws Sprint Series  stopped at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas 
Motor Speedway in conjunction with NASCAR  visiting town. 
The Ringers team of Guy Forbrook  Motorsports and his legendary driver Sammy 
Swindell brought home the hardware  and cash in Friday night's Las Vegas World 
of Outlaws  Nationals. 
Swindell finished ninth in  preliminary action on Thursday night. 
The newly formed National Sprint  Tour (NST) visited the Southern New Mexico 
Speedway in Las Cruces, N.M. on Friday and Saturday, with Saturday  being 
washed out. 
Ringers supporter Tim Kaeding took  home the money in his No. 11K Slick 50 
Maxim chassis on Friday night.  Fellow Ringers supporter Shane Stewart  
collected fifth.
