Volker Kruger Joins J.D. Power and Associates in Frankfurt, Germany

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, California, March 13 --

Volker Kruger has joined J.D. Power and Associates in Frankfurt, Germany as director of business development for automotive forecasting.

Mr. Kruger is responsible for enhancing the customer service practices J.D. Power and Associates currently offers to existing forecasting clients. Mr. Kruger, who is based out of Neue Mainzer Strasse, will also focus on expanding forecasting business development activities in Germany and in neighboring German-speaking countries.

Mr. Kruger's work experience includes several years conducting market research in the automotive industry. Prior to joining J.D. Power Automotive Forecasting, Mr. Kruger worked for several companies, including NOP Worldwide in Cologne and NFO Infratest in Frankfurt.
