SCCA SPEED World Challenge Gets New Online Look

TOPEKA, Kan. (March 10, 2006) - SCCA Pro Racing unveiled its brand new
online presence for SPEED World Challenge today, re-launching
www.world-challenge.com <http://www.world-challenge.com/> .

The site, designed in-house by SCCA's staff, is the first major redesign
since the series launched a unique domain site in 2001.

Building off the former site's user-friendliness, the new site has a
fresh look and modern architecture, allowing for more frequent and up to
date news, bulletins, images and information.

"For the past three years, this has been a project that was planned, but
placed on the back burner for a multitude of reasons," SCCA Director of
Marketing Communications Eric Prill said. "Kudos to our in-house
designer John Steflik for making the site a reality for 2006. It's ready
for Sebring, and we'll be adding a number of features as the season
moves forward."

One of the new features for the site, which will debut on Wednesday,
March 15 with the opening practices for SPEED Touring Car and GT at
Sebring, is the SCCA Pit Board, which will feature not only living
Timing and Scoring data, but also up to the minute session notes direct
from SCCA Pro Racing's media staff.

"Any time you move from an html-coded Web site to a database driven
site, there is a tremendous amount of record building that needs to be
done," Prill said. "Over the next month or so, we'll be filling in some
of the historical gaps in the new site to make sure it has everything
the old site offered, and then some."

SCCA Pro Racing's SPEED World Challenge Championships begin their 17th
year of competition at the Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring in Sebring, Fla.
March 15-17. For additional event and season details, please visit
