AppOne Integrates Web-based Origination Platform with Crescent Bank & Trust's Loan Processing System

BATON ROUGE, La.--March 8, 2006--AppOne, an Internet-based financial technology services company that connects independent auto dealers with lenders, announced the integration of MOSES, its Web-based loan origination platform with Crescent Bank & Trust's loan processing system, Daybreak Lending Suite, which is provided by Eden Prairie, Minn.-based SuperSolutions Corp.

The seamless integration between AppOne and Daybreak automates the origination of auto loans through independent auto dealers. Loan applications are originated at the auto dealer through MOSES, which electronically transmits loan data to Crescent Bank. The bank then uses Daybreak to complete the loan application process and relays additional information back to the dealer through AppOne's platform.

The integration speeds up the processing of loans, reduces errors that can cause loans to fail to be in compliance and eliminates the need to fax loan data between auto dealers and Crescent Bank.

"This integration of MOSES with Daybreak provides Crescent Bank with a tool for simplifying the way loans are processed," said Lee Domingue, CEO of AppOne. "This fully automated system helps make Crescent Bank more competitive by accessing the lucrative marketplace of independent auto dealers."

"Combining AppOne's MOSES system with SuperSolutions' Daybreak Lending Suite meets our need for a practical, efficient and cost-effective solution for underwriting loans through independent auto dealers," said Eric Wallis, senior vice president of Crescent Bank. "Using the combined system, we are able to avoid the problems and delays associated with paper-based loan processing systems and enhance our own profitability."

AppOne provides an integrated Internet-based loan origination and processing platform that connects independent auto dealers with lenders. Elements of AppOne's MOSES platform include DealerOne, a dealer underwriting system; OriginateOne, a Web-based loan application origination system and SterlingWare, a software management system for auto dealers. AppOne also supplies clients with access to lenders, fee-based products, and consulting services and helps lenders market their financial services and products to independent automotive dealers nationwide.
