Irwindale Speedway Tickets Available Online

IRWINDALE, Calif. (March 7, 2006) - Buying tickets for Irwindale Speedway motor racing events just got easier.

Irwindale Speedway has entered into an agreement with Extremetix, Inc., a Houston, Texas based company which provides turnkey Internet ticket sales services for events and facilities through its ClicknPrint system. The business arrangement will allow fans to purchase Irwindale Speedway event tickets over the Internet.

By logging on to Irwindale Speedway's official web site, www.irwindalespeedway.com, customers will be able to purchase tickets online and print the tickets from their computer printer. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

“The simplicity of purchasing tickets online to each of our weekly motor racing events will be a tremendous convenience to our fans,” said Bob DeFazio, COO and General Manager of Irwindale Speedway. “Those fans that purchase and print their tickets in advance will be able to eliminate the worry and hassle of purchasing tickets upon arrival at the facility, allowing them to enjoy their Irwindale Speedway experience that much more.”

Tickets for all Irwindale Speedway events including the season opener Shav Glick Night Presented by Advantage Ford on Saturday March 11 can also be purchased at the Speedway ticket office or by calling (626) 358-1100. 

The action-packed evening includes the Lucas Oil Super Late Models, Vista Paint Super Stocks, Auto Club Late Models, Mini Stocks and the King Taco Super Trucks. Gates open at 4 p.m. with a driver autograph session at 5:30 p.m. The green flag waves on the evening's first race at 7 p.m.
