Michael O'Neal Appointed President and CEO of Team Products International, Inc.

MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J.--March 2, 2006--Team Products International, Inc. today announced the appointment of Michael O'Neal as President and Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Joseph Ettore, who had been serving as acting CEO.

"Mike O'Neal has a proven track record in managing licensed brand relationships, developing branded products and building strong retail relationships."

O'Neal previously served as President and CEO of Philips Accessories North America, a leading supplier of consumer electronic accessories. Philips Accessories North America was previously Gemini Industries before its acquisition by Philips in August of 2004. O'Neal also served as President and CEO of Gemini prior to the acquisition. Under his leadership, Gemini grew into a leading consumer electronics accessories supplier with the reputation of developing timely, innovative branded products, while providing the highest level of customer service. Gemini's branded license relationships included Philips, Magnavox, Zenith, Southwestern Bell, For Dummies and Sponge Bob. O'Neal is also very active in the consumer electronics industry where he has served as chairman of the Accessories Board for the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) as well as a member of the CEA Board of Industry Leaders.
