Fitch Teleconference on GM Replay Available

NEW YORK--March 1, 2006--Fitch Ratings hosted a teleconference on March 1 to discuss its downgrade of General Motors (GM) to 'B' from 'B+' and the assignment of Recovery Ratings. The call was led by Mark Oline, Managing Director, Fitch Ratings Corporate Finance. A Q&A session followed some opening remarks. James Moss of Fitch's Financial Institutions team also participated.
