United Components to Release Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2005 Earnings on March 21, 2006; Earnings Call to be held on March 22

EVANSVILLE, Ind.--March 1, 2006--United Components, Inc. will report financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2005 on Tuesday, March 21, 2006.
