Autobahn International Enters into Distribution Agreement with Travunija Commerce in Novi Sad, Serbia

VANCOUVER, B.C.--March 1, 2006--Autobahn International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AUBI.PK) announced today that they have entered into an agreement with Travunija Commerce, a Company in Novi Sad, Serbia, for the distribution of cars, pick-up trucks, SUVs, heavy duty trucks and farm machinery, that are manufactured in China and exclusively distributed worldwide by Autobahn International Inc.

When the agreement is closed, Travunija Commerce will be the exclusive distributor for the following countries: Serbia and Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Metobia, Albania and Ukraine. The sole dealer and distributor agreement will be valid for a period of five years and renewable for a further ten years. Under this agreement, Travunija Commerce will be responsible for the implementation, supply and management of all distributors, sales force, spare parts, after service, and warranty agreements.
