Snap N' Sold Corporation Engages New Investor Relations Firm

PALM HARBOR, Fla.--Feb. 2, 20068, 2006--Snap N' Sold Corp. (Pink Sheets:SNPD) announced today that management has engaged the services of the Corporate Relations Group, Inc. to plan and conduct all of the Company's future Investor Relations initiatives. Based in Carthage, Mississippi and headed by 15 year Wall Street veteran, Denny Johnston. Corporate Relations Group specializes in providing Investor, Media and Public Relations to fast-growing Small and Micro-Cap public companies. In anticipation of upcoming Company press releases and other proactive investor relations activities, Corporate Relations Group has set up a toll free hotline for existing and prospective Snap N' Sold shareholders, which is slated to be active as of the first week in March.
