Bike Week 2006 at Bruce Rossmeyer's ``Destination Daytona,'' Home of the World's Largest Harley-Davidson Dealership - March 3, 2006

DAYTONA, Fla.--Feb. 27, 2006--Bruce Rossmeyer, CEO of thirteen Harley-Davidson locations, announces Bike Week 2006 at "Destination Daytona," his latest and most ambitious project to date.

Located at the intersection of US-1 and I-95 in Ormond Beach, already open is the 109,000 sq. ft. Daytona Harley-Davidson, with over 300 motorcycles in the 53,953 sq. ft. showroom, Harley-Davidson apparel in the 9,800 sq. ft. MotorClothes area, as well as a 45,897 sq. ft. parts & service department. Also open is Destination Daytona's hotel and condominium village, themed restaurants and bars including Bruster's Real Ice Cream, Krispy Kreme, Saints and Sinners Pub, Hot Dog Heaven and a variety of sandwich shops. The site is also home to the Daytona Beach Area CVB's "Official Visitor Information Center."

Upon its completion, Destination Daytona will encompass over 150 acres, stretch over 3/4 of a mile along I-95, and include:

-- Retail: Over 30,000 sq. ft. of retail space

-- Parking: 10 acres of parking facilities with shuttle services

-- Nine (9) acres for the renowned "Love's Travel Stop," expected to be the largest Love's Travel Stop in the country

-- A 35,000 sq. ft. Coca-Cola Pavillion

-- An RV dealer which features Featherlites with special motorcycle compartments

-- J&P Cycles - motorcycle parts and accessories

-- 60,000 sq. ft. for motorcycle-related businesses

-- The 7,000 sq. ft. "Arlen Ness Motorcycles," whose customers include Miami HEAT star Shaquille O'Neal and Aerosmith's Steven Tyler.

Coming later to Destination Daytona will be 15 acres dedicated for the American Motorcycle Institute, one of the highest regarded technical schools in the country, as well as a future site for a high-rise hotel.
