Moll Provides Dongyang Mechatronics Manufacturing Solutions

DALLAS, Feb. 27, 2006 -- Moll Industries, Inc., a custom injection molder and contract manufacturer, announced that it has entered into a strategic business alliance with Dongyang Mechatronics Corp., one of Korea's leading suppliers of components to the automotive industry. Dongyang's significant customer base includes Delphi and GM. Moll supplies molding, testing and assembly for select parts. Dongyang chose Moll based upon capabilities, location and program management skill. Moll accomplished an aggressive start-up timeline, achieving full production for completely operational fan motor shroud assemblies within a sixty-day window. The arrangement ensures sustained critical availability and highest quality production of Dongyang parts, enables cost-effective supply chain solutions through close proximity to end users, and sets the stage for an expanded relationship in the future.

"We anticipate that this is the beginning of an ongoing and growing collaboration which represents strong mutually beneficial success for both our companies," said Jeff Stewart, Senior Engineering Manager for Dongyang. Moll has continued in recent years to invest millions of dollars in operations, facilitating its capacity to provide world-class manufacturing solutions in a business environment challenged by inflated cost of raw materials and fierce competition. The work for Dongyang will be accomplished in Moll's newly constructed state-of-the-art Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico facility.

"We are committed to long term health and growth -- ours and our customers'. Our partnership with Dongyang is indicative of our dedication to delivering value-added services. When our customers win, we win," said Lynn Nernberger, Moll's Director of Engineering and Quality.

The new contract commenced in early 2006.
