Mitchell International Implements Enhanced Sales Solution With Composite Applications Built With Above All Software

Mitchell is using Above All to implement composite applications that integrate its sales force automation, customer support and billing solutions. As Mitchell's business continued to grow, it identified the need to improve on its current infrastructure to improve customer service and continue to meet the needs of its growing customer base. The initial composite application assembled with Above All integrates in real time Mitchell's sales force automation solution, salesforce.com, with their support solution, Remedy, and their financial system, Universe CIS, a customized legacy application. The sales team can now interact with a complete customer profile that enables them to be more responsive to their customers' needs and more effective in their own sales efforts. Because the application is deployed within the salesforce.com user interface (UI), there was no additional training required for Mitchell's more than 100 salesforce.com users, one of the primary reasons Mitchell chose Above All over both extract-transform-load (ETL) and custom coding options.
