Directed Electronics, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2005 Conference Call
VISTA, Calif., Feb. 27, 2006 -- Directed Electronics, Inc. , the largest designer and marketer of consumer branded vehicle security and convenience systems in the United States based on sales and a major supplier of car and home audio, mobile video and satellite radio products, announced today that it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2005 after the market close on Thursday, March 16, 2006.
The Company also announced that its executive officers will host a conference call on the same day at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Company will discuss its results, its progress and performance for the quarter and the year, and its outlook for the future. The conference call may include forward-looking statements.
