XPEL Lists on TSX Venture Exchange

SAN ANTONIO, Feb. 24, 2006 -- XPEL Technologies Corp. ("XPEL") announced today approval by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") for listing and trading of its common equity shares under the symbol "DAP.U." Trading is scheduled to commence at the opening Monday, February 27, 2006.
