SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 23, 2006 -- Lear Corporation today announced that its 2006 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, 2900 Bayport Drive, Tampa, Florida 33607, on Thursday, May 11, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to notice of, and vote at, the meeting is the close of business on March 21, 2006.
