Sales at CO's BMW Skyrocket 35% During First Quarter at Motorplex at Centerra

LOVELAND, CO - Feb. 23, 2006: Since relocating to Motorplex at Centerra, the first dealership to join Colorado's first and only master planned auto park has reported strong growth. CO's BMW, has enjoyed a stunning sales increase of 35 percent and the number of visitors tripled during its first two months of business.

CO's BMW moved to the Motorplex at Centerra from Fort Collins in December 2005. Davidson Chevrolet, Ferrero I-25 Dodge Jeep Chrysler, King Buick Pontiac GMC and Subaru of Loveland plan to move in 2006.
