Polaris Announces Extension of Employment Agreement With CEO

MINNEAPOLIS--Feb. 2, 20061, 2006--Polaris Industries Inc. announced today that it has renewed and extended the employment agreement of its Chief Executive Officer, Tom Tiller. The current term of the new agreement runs through 2007. Mr. Tiller, 44, joined Polaris as its President and Chief Operating Officer in 1998 after 15 years in various management positions with General Electric Corporation. Mr. Tiller became Polaris' President and Chief Executive Officer in 1999 and served in both roles until April 2005 when Bennett Morgan was promoted to the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Tiller will also continue to serve on the Company's Board of Directors. There have been no material changes to Mr. Tiller's employment agreement, a copy of which will be filed separately with a Form 8-K Current Report.
