Robbins-Gioia Board Appoints Michael L. Sledge President and COO; Jim Leto Leaves to Become President and CEO of GTSI

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--Feb. 1, 20067, 2006--Robbins-Gioia, LLC, the leading provider of program management services, today announced that its board of directors has named Michael L. Sledge as the company's president and chief operating officer. Jim Leto, who most recently served as Robbins-Gioia president and CEO, will remain closely connected with the company and retain his seat on the Robbins-Gioia board.

Most recently, Sledge was Robbins-Gioia's president for civilian agencies and homeland security. In 2005, his organization's revenues surpassed those of the defense division for the first time in the company's 25-year history. Robbins-Gioia got its start in providing PM services to the DOD, long a mainstay of the company's business, making this significant achievement even more remarkable. Sledge has held increasingly responsible positions at Robbins-Gioia since joining the company in 1984. His hands-on approach to client engagements--whether working with senior government officials to implement business processes and systems to support strategic planning, portfolio management, capital planning, and enterprise program management, or working with his team to implement bonuses based on customer evaluations of performance--has earned him praise from both groups.

Sledge holds a bachelor of sciences in business administration from Duquesne University and is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute. Sledge is approved by the Association of Professionals in Business Management as a Certified Business Manager. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, the American Defense Preparedness Association and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. Sledge also serves as a guest speaker on capital planning and performance-based contracting.

Robbins-Gioia thrived under Leto's three-year leadership with record profits in 2005. "Under Mike's leadership, Robbins-Gioia will be positioned for even greater things as the company moves into the future," said Leto.

"I am profoundly honored to be chosen for this position," said Sledge. "Robbins-Gioia is a great company with great people. With this team, I know we can help our customers and our own employees achieve even greater heights of success."
