EWI Announces Election of Board of Directors and Officers

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 16, 2006 -- On February 14, 2006, EWI elected nine directors and six officers under its newly adopted Code of Regulations. Elected for two-year terms to the Board were:

  --  Frederick Hadley - Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Division,
      The Huntington National Bank
  --  Rodger McKain - President, SOFCo-EFS Holdings, LLC
  --  Bruce Albrecht - Vice President Engineering, ITW Welding Technology
      Center
  --  Courtney Hill - General Manager, Manufacturing & Quality Technology
      Department, GE Aircraft Engines
