MicroTRAK Becomes Major Sponsor of ESPN's Highly-Rated AutoTrader.com DRIVE! Series; First Air Date For AutoTrader.com DRIVE Begins This Weekend

DALLAS--Feb. 16, 2006--MicroTRAK GPS, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MIOK), a leading provider of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) technology and products, today announced its sponsorship of ESPN's highly-rated automotive television series, AutoTrader.com DRIVE! The series will feature highlights of the 2006 L.A., Detroit, Chicago and New York auto shows and will begin airing on ESPN Feb. 18, 2006 at 6 p.m. EST.

Now in its fourth season, AutoTrader.com DRIVE!, formerly entitled "Road Trip," is hosted by veteran automotive journalist and former Editor-in-Chief of Motor Trend Magazine, C. Van Tune.

As one of three major sponsors, MicroTRAK GPS will be featured in three 30-second advertising spots that will run during the program on Feb. 18, 2006 at 6 p.m. on ESPN and three spots that will run on ESPN2 Feb. 2, 20065, 2006 at 7 p.m.
