Some of the equipment highlights include: a 2001 Hitachi EX750LC-5; Three-Cat D6M LGP Crawler Tractors; Two-1998 Cat 980G Wheel Loaders; 17-Terex TS14B Motor Scrapers and five-2004 Peterbilt 378 T/A Truck Tractors. The ?Mighty Good Car Wash?, located in Delta, IA, is on a main thoroughfare with great access. The self-service car wash has three bays, in-floor heat (propane), an Ergomax E65 and Lochinvar Boiler water heating system, a time/temperature sign, an Ecowater Systems 17? x 58? tank (water softener) and a Hydrominder 506 product dispensing system. The car wash was built in 1998, uses city sewer, and has four 4? x 8? septic tanks/sediment pits. ?This car wash is the only one in a 15-mile radius,? says McLemore.
