MINNEAPOLIS--Feb. 1, 20066, 2006--Donaldson Company, Inc. , today announced it will host a live Webcast of its second-quarter fiscal 2006 earnings conference call on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 , at 10 a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET). The company will issue a post-market earnings announcement on February 28.
