(FMXIQ.PK) announced that it has adjourned the Disclosure Statement hearing scheduled for today, in order to continue its negotiations with the steering committee for the ad hoc committee of Senior Secured Noteholders and the official creditors' committee, among others, over the terms of a consensual plan of reorganization.
