Research and Markets: Volvo Global Trucks Contributed 68% of the Groups Total Sales of SEK201,496 Million

Volvo Trucks Corporation and its parent company, Volvo Group, are headquartered at Goteborg, Sweden. Volvo Global Trucks (one of the Volvo Group's business segment) comprises three truck operations, namely, Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks and Mack Trucks. Volvo Trucks produces and markets a broad range of heavy (greater than 16 tonnes) and medium heavy trucks (10-15.9 tonnes), powertrain products and vocational vehicles. In the fiscal ended December 31, 2004, the Volvo Group posted sales of SEK201,496 million, an increase of 15.3% over 2003. The Volvo Global Trucks contributed SEK136,879 million, or 68%, to the group's total sales.
