MotorSports Emporium Elevates Interest in NASCAR; GS610(TM) Brake Fluid Takes Step Closer to NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--Feb. 1, 20063, 2006--MotorSports Emporium, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEP) announced today an undisclosed NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Team is considering the use of GS610(TM) Maximum Performance Brake Fluid(TM) for their entire 2006 racing series.

David Keaveney, President and CEO of MotorSports Emporium states, "For several months we have been optimistic about entering into a premier racing series that would elevate our expose and quantify sales for GS610(TM). Discussions have taken place with an established NASCAR Craftsman Truck team for GS610(TM) to be their exclusive brake fluid for the entire 2006 season. Significant progress has been made and we are now only one step away from adding the NASCAR Craftsman Truck series to our title of end user. The particular team involved tested last week in Daytona in preparation for the season opener February 17th. Unfortunately we are unable to disclose which team is using GS610(TM) but should have the 'green flag' any day allowing us to release the particulars.

"Through our Quadriga MotorSports(TM) division we are pioneering the GS610(TM) Maximum Performance Brake Fluid(TM) brand to discriminating buyers, including NASCAR. NASCAR has grown to be the second most popular professional sport in terms of television ratings inside the U.S., ranking behind only the National Football League. Internationally, NASCAR races are broadcast in over 150 countries. It holds 17 of the top 20 attended sporting events in the U.S. and has 75 million fans that purchase over $2 billion in annual licensed product sales. These fans are considered the most brand-loyal in all of sports, and as a result, Fortune 500 companies sponsor NASCAR more than any other sport," stated Keaveney.

According to Nielson Media Research, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series earned a 1.4 average rating on the SPEED Channel in 2005, up 8% over 2004. An average of 875,000 households (up 11%) and 1.2 million viewers (up 18%) have tuned into each NASCAR Craftsman Truck event in 2005. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series is one of the three largest racing series sanctioned by NASCAR, with the NEXTEL Cup and the Busch Series being first and second respectively, followed by the Craftsman Truck Series.

Keaveney concluded, "The need for a high performing, extreme boil point brake fluid like GS610(TM) is more critical than before considering recent NASCAR rule changes. In the past drivers used their engine's taller gears to slow the car into the corners but since NASCAR now requires higher gears (reduced engine RPM), drivers are forced to use additional braking at the short tracks. Even big tracks like Talladega, Daytona and Charlotte force the drivers to use their brakes hard when reducing speeds from 200 + MPH when entering the pits. With NASCAR and other racing series experiencing extreme brake temperatures we are very confident GS610(TM) will become a staple product through the different racing series, NASCAR included. Additionally, as GS610(TM) continues to make inroads with NASCAR, we will incorporate a parallel marketing/advertising strategy so that we may capitalize on NASCAR's popularity and loyal fan base. Our end result should equate to very large purchase orders with national retail chains."
