Auction Mills/CarForce1 Announces New Plan and Projections

DALLAS--Feb. 1, 20063, 2006--Auction Mills, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: AUML) is pleased to announce the release of the changing direction of the company. CarForce1 will become the premier way for dealerships to utilize the ever changing world of eBay. We will be offering services to increase dealerships market share on the internet. Through our monthly and weekly involvement with these dealers, we should be able to help increase profits for our clients which in turn should make our company more profitable.

After extensive study, CarForce1 should be able to tap a virtually new market of services offered to dealers in a one-stop shop atmosphere. The projections for this new approach should number in the 100-200 client range before the end of the year. On the shorter term, we think that our goal of signing 30 dealerships in the next 45-60 days is very attainable and we are very committed to that end result.
