Image Globe Solutions Appoints New Board Member

TORONTO--Feb. 1, 20060, 2006--Image Globe Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IGSS) announced today that Derrick Ellis, President and General Manager of the Company's auto leasing division, LA Auto Lease, has been appointed to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Ellis, who brings over 35 years experience in the asset based financial services industry was most recently Senior VP of Leasebank Capital Corporation, a member of the Securcor Corporation, specializing in securitizing vehicle and equipment leasing portfolios with combined volumes in excess of $400 Million.

Previously Mr. Ellis held the positions of Vice President of Newcourt Credit Group Inc. which merged with CIT Group Inc. , Vice President of Pitney Bowes Inc.'s Canada Leasing Division and Senior Manager of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's Leasing Division.
